How to Live a Peaceful and Positive Life!


Morning:

Morning is usually the most hated time of the day. „Ugh, it’s time to go to school.I don’t want to get out of my bed. „ Familiar? Well here are some tips to make you hop out of bed!

  • Wake up with positive thoughts!

This day is going to be great.

  • Have a healthy breakfast.

Take your time. Remember: A hungry person is a grumpy person.

  • Do some light sport!

Yoga is perfect for warming up sleepy bodies and minds, but you can also go on a light jog on the way to school. Whichever you prefer!

  • Start a daily planner

List all the things you are planning to do today. Don’t forget, you don’t have to follow the schedule too strictly!

  • Communicate with those close to you

Take a moment to interact and talk with your family or pets. If anyone, they can make you smile.

  • Smile!

Say good morning to classmates. Everyone deserves a great day, after all.

At school:

During work it’s very easy to get stressed or distracted.

Here are some tips to keep focused and engaged in your work:

  • Keep yourself hydrated

Drink lot’s of water. It has been scientifically proven, that you are more focused if you drink water.

  • Be happy with yourself

Don’t ever compare yourself to anyone else, because everyone has their own level, on different areas. You are great as you are.

  • Don’t put too much pressure on yourself

Take it easy. Perfection is only a myth that doesn’t exist. You can always improve, but if you always aim for the best, you will never be satisfied with yourself. Remember to take breaks between tasks!

  • Celebrate small pleasures!

Appreciate the small gifts life gives you! Wether it is the good weather, or that you have finally, managed to do all tasks your teacher has assigned you, perhaps your best friend got a high score on a test, it doesn’t matter!

At Home:

Home, sweet home. Home is a place to relax, and do what you please.

  • Relax

After a hard day, all everyone wants is curling up on the sofa with a warm cup of hot chocolate and a good book. You deserve it!

  • Spend time in nature

The best thing to do if you are just over a hard day is spend time with mother nature. All you need is some fresh air.

  • Listen to music

Need inspiration?

Take a moment to unwind to your favourite music. Research shows that music can help slow your heart rate and lower blood pressure.

  • Drink Green Tea

Okay, this isn’t super crucial to live a happy and healthy life, but tea helps you to relax and is very healthy for your throat, reduces the chance of cancer, stroke, diabetes, It helps metabolism, heart attack, and lots more....
