PROs

This allows for a higher level of efficiency and productivity. AI can also analyze large amounts of data to make decisions, predictions and classifications that previously needed human intelligence. On top of that, AI can increase costumer engagement and loyalty. By analyzing costumer data, AI algorithms can provide recommendations for products and services that are likely to interest certain types of customers. This makes customer and business transactions much easier and more effective. Overall, AI can transform industries, making it easier and more productive for businesses to function. 

Scientific research is also impacted by AI in various ways. AI’s ability to analyze massive amounts of data is being used in applications from scanning to finding new drugs.
