musEing

MUSE is amusEing and often bemusEing

And always enthusEing and even sometimes confusEing

The writEing is invitEing and very enlightening

And colourful and weighty, just as white is lightening

You add white to colours for a slightly lighter hue

You add white to blue, you get a lighter blue

Except black of course, which white makes grey

And then strangely, red, you end up with HEY! PINK!?

So MUSE starts to read like the Financial Times

Not just the colour, but those crypto-coin crimes

And the cold war and pollution and Tesla’s solutions

And charity and rights and complex convolutions

So here’s an elephant for the editorial table:

Which of these items tends to be more unstable –

Nitrogen oxide, Diem or Jay’s sailing vessel?

Or 3D printed houses or a Marvel all-in wrestle?

Pink makes you think, but my mind splinters

Why is MUSE’s May issue crazy about winters?

The 7 chilled books, the icy mountains on my wish list,

The electric taxi cavalcade is tooting Happy Christmas!?

The MUSE team will rule the world, no doubt about that,

They know so much, they’re so in touch, they can even save a cat,

But Lydia is Lydia, that much I’m assumEing??

So why in MUSE, I’m so confused, I’m only seeing Kyumin?? :)
