Top 5 Worst Greek Gods

You may recognise me, since I made a similar article, just about the top 5 best Greek gods instead. I don't want to stop you from reading my AmAzInG article, so let's get straight into the ranking.

Zeus, the King of the Gods:

Zeus, the 'mighty' king of the gods and ruler of Mount Olympus, was infamous for his untrustworthy behaviour. He often pursued romantic relationships outside his marriage to Hera, betraying her trust. His greedy lust for power and conquest led to many conflicts and wars, causing suffering and loss among mortals.

Poseidon, the God of the Sea:

Poseidon has a temperamental and vengeful nature. He would often unleash his wrath upon mortals and other gods, causing shipwrecks and floods out of spite or disagreement. His impulsive actions and disregard for the lives of others make him a difficult figure to admire.

Ares, the God of War:

Ares, the god of war, symbolized the brutal and destructive nature of conflict. He enjoyed violence, bloodshed, and chaos, often starting wars for his own amusement. Ares was not concerned with the consequences of his actions, which led to lots of suffering and loss of life. All this made him one of the most feared and despised gods in Greek mythology.

Kronos, the Titan Lord of Time:

Kronos, the Titan lord of time and father of Zeus, represents malevolence and cruelty. He is famous for swallowing his children to prevent them from overthrowing him, showing that he has a ruthless and power-hungry nature. His actions and wishes for absolute power make him a symbol of fear in Greek mythology.

Hades, the God of the Underworld:

Hades, ruler of the underworld, was often viewed as cold, unkind, and detached from the concerns of the living. His realm represented a place of punishment and eternal suffering for those who entered, reflecting a harsh and unforgiving aspect. While he was fulfilling his role as the god of the dead, his lack of understanding and empathy marked him as one of the least favourable gods in Greek mythology.
